Cyclops is simply a bunch of 'little' tools which when combined allow you to create 3D models from photographs. This is not some integrated system - its a mess, but its the only free tool available for doing this right now. (That I know of, if anyone knows otherwise please e-mail me.) Its of primary use to researchers in the area and other computer scientists who are curious. And anyone who thinks that making 3d models out of photos is rather cool, and is therefore willing to climb quite an erratic learning curve to do so.

Its also the kind of program where you have to read the manual.
